Real number; in seconds
MUST NOT exist for audio (this is video only).
Total duration of rendered frames which are considered as frozen (for definition of freeze see freezeCount), in seconds. This value is updated when a frame is rendered.
We want this value to be as low as possible.

- The causes of video freezes are varied. They can relate to both a network issue and a CPU problem
- To understand if the total duration is a result of many sporadic freezes or a few long ones, it is advised to also look at freezeCount
