Aborted connection attempt
The connection was aborted and never established.
Description
Sometimes, a peer connection is created but never enters the negotiation step or never connects without reporting an issue. Unlike a short-lived attempt, an aborted connection may exist for several seconds or longer before being torn down.
It can reveal pre-warmed connections that are never used, or malicious usage intended to collect sensitive information such as your IP address.
What do we do here?
When we detect a peer connection that was created but neither reached the connected state nor reported an error, we mark an observation.
