High outgoing audio packet loss

Description

High packet loss is detrimental to media quality.

In this case, an outgoing audio stream is exhibiting high packet loss.

The higher the loss, the more you can expect users to complain about audio quality.

What do we do here?

We check outgoing audio media streams for their packet loss.

Here, we calculate the average packet loss on each media stream for the whole duration of the media stream.

If the percentage is higher than 1% for G.711 or higher than 4% for Opus, then we mark this as an Observation.
