No audible incoming audio

There is an incoming audio stream, but at no point in time, was there any audible audio on that stream.

Description

We’ve noticed that the incoming audio’s volume is not audible.

This might be due to the remote’s microphone or it might be due to a media server mixing or generating the audio on its own.

What do we do here?

We measure the incoming audio’s volume. We compute the percentage of values below 0.005. We mark an observation when this value is 100% of the call.
