Onboarding to a paid account
How to onboard to one of our paid plans in rtcStats.
rtcStats is still at its infancy. We've got quite the platform to boast with and we're still in the process of razor focusing on getting you to quickly troubleshoot WebRTC issues. This means that we're prioritizing the user experience while inside the platform a lot more than the experience of onboarding (sad, but true, and likely not really wise from a commercial standpoint, but it is what it is...).
Today, in order to onboard to a paid account you'll need to speak to us directly. By speaking we mean the new form of speaking - simply by using the chat widget on the bottom right corner of the screen or just by contacting us via email.
Payment can be made via PayPal (which allows credit cards) or wire transfer. You pick a plan, we send a payment link, you pay and receive a receipt. And then we manually configure your account (a process that can take anywhere between a minute to a few hours).
Our billing cycles are monthly in nature, with some tweaks...
Why upgrade
There are multiple reasons to upgrade. Here are the important ones:
- You don't want to waste time troubleshooting and would like to get to the root causes faster (think minutes instead of hours)
- You want to automate the process and gain access to our API or even embed our visuals into your own dashboard
- You need more than 25 uploads a month for your use
- You are part of a larger organization with the need to collaborate and communicate around WebRTC sessions
- You've got things we don't do yet and want us to prioritize it. We are more receptive to our paying customers 😉
Our customers are important to us and your voice and needs will matter more than anything else.
