What’s included in each plan?

Each plan includes access to rtcStats for uploading and analyzing WebRTC data dumps.

The main differences between plans are:

  • Number of team members
  • Monthly analysis credits
  • Data retention period
  • Advanced features (Observations, Deductions, AI engine, API access, embeddable viewer, ...)

Higher tiers include more credits, longer retention, and additional capabilities.

What are "credits" and how do they work?

Credits are used to upload and analyze WebRTC logs.

  • 1 credit typically equals one file upload and analysis job
  • Regular monthly credits reset monthly and do not roll over
  • Gold credits and Additional credits persist across months

Do credits roll over?

  • Standard monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Gold credits do not expire and remain available until used. They are used before monthly credits are used
  • Additional credits do not expire and remain available until used. They are used only after monthly credits are used

Can I choose monthly or yearly billing?

Yes.

  • You can choose either monthly or yearly billing
  • Yearly billing provides a 30% discount compared to monthly pricing

How long is my data retained?

Data retention depends on your plan:

  • Free: 1 month retention
  • Developer: 3 months retention
  • Enterprise: 3 months retention

After the retention period, logs and analysis results are removed from the system.

Custom retention periods are also available.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated
  • Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle to avoid mid-cycle disruption

What support is included?

Support levels vary by plan:

  • Free: Community and basic email support
  • Developer: Standard email support
  • Enterprise: Priority support, extended SLA options, and onboarding assistance

Is API access included?

  • API access is available starting with the Developer plan
  • Free accounts have access to the dashboard only

Can I purchase additional credits?

Yes.

If you exceed your monthly allocation, you can purchase additional credits or gold credits separately. Contact sales for pricing details.

Is there a free trial?

Yes.

The Free plan acts as a permanent free tier. You can start using rtcStats without entering payment details.
