rtcstats.com is designed for use by teams. As such, you can leave comments on reviewed session.
Once a file is uploaded to rtcstats.com, you may have multiple stakeholders watching it.
One of the collaborative aspects built into rtcstats.com is the ability to comment on these files.
On the left-hand sidebar, there's a Comments widget. Opening it allows reading existing comments as well as sharing your own. You can even place links in the comments, such a reference to your ticketing system or to a Chrome bug report associated with the file viewed.
NOTE: The Analysis list of all stored sessions also shows in the table the number of comments left on each row
