Multiple users per account

rtcstats.com is designed for use by teams. As such, accounts and users in rtcstats.com are separate entities:

• An account can have multiple users associated with it
• A user can be part of multiple accounts

In each account, a user can have one of 3 roles:

• Owner - the owner of the account. There is only one such user and it is the one who created the account. The owner has the same permissions as an Admin user, with the additional ability to delete the account
• Admin - these users have complete control of the account and are able to do anything. This includes inviting additional users and changing other users' privileges
• Member - these users can do everything in the account, but cannot access the Team and Billing settings pages

The number of team members in an account depend on the account's plan. For more details, you can check out our plans.

The easiest way for users in an account to share specific sessions is to simply share the URL of the specific page they want to review. This will be visible immediately to other users who have access to the account and only to them.
