The codec clock rate in Hz.
Description
Unsigned long; Hz
The media sampling rate in Hertz (Hz). Represents the codec's clock rate as defined in the SDP or RTP profile. For audio, this is the sampling frequency. For video, it is typically 90,000 Hz (the standard RTP video clock rate).

Notes
- Opus typically uses 48,000 Hz
- G.711 (PCMU/PCMA) uses 8,000 Hz
- Nearly all video codecs use 90,000 Hz regardless of frame rate - this is a timestamp clock, not the actual frame rate
